TRS Services, LLC opens its new 43,000 square foot head quarters building in Houston Texas.

May 5, 2011

TRS Services, LLC had a grand opening celebration today at its recently completed 43,000 square foot head quarters facility in Houston, Texas. The new facility will house the administrative, engineering, as well as the majority of its welding and assembly functions. The facility is located directly across from TRS's first company owned facility established in 1999. The head quarters building is TRS's third, and largest, facility nearly doubling the capacity of the turbine repair company.

TRS's president, Roy Gullberg stated, "After 12 years in operation we had filled every usable square foot of the facilities foot print. We were literally busting at the seams. In 2008 we added 7500 square feet of shop space about a mile away and outgrew that almost immediately. The new facility gives us the ability to reclaim footage at the two other buildings to expand on the core competencies of those facilities and, of course, expand other core competencies across the street."
